$150/hour. Book a session to treat nagging injuries and health issues. Leslie specializes in hip, back and pelvic floor conditions, such as:

• Post-partum (diastasis, return to sport/exercise)

• Pregnancy

• Bladder conditions (urinary incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency)

• Bowel conditions (constipation, diarrhea),

• Abdominal pain

• Pelvic pain

• Pain with sexual intercourse.

Leslie utilizes tools such as:

• Dry needling (including for the pelvic floor)

• Myofascial release

• Cupping

Dry needling only sessions are available.
