Group fitness classes

Six small group training classes over six weeks to help you reconnect, recharge, and rebuild.

Designed for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and supported, this program brings together a group of four like-minded individuals navigating similar challenges. Together, you'll learn to move with intention, lift safely, and grow stronger — inside and out.

We focus on body awareness, functional strength, and overall well-being. You’ll gain not only physical power but also the confidence that comes from being part of a compassionate, empowering community.

Participants will be encouraged to do the same workout on their own or with friends at least two more times in the week.

No experience necessary — just a willingness to show up for yourself.

Fundamentals of strength and power:

Post-partum Edition

Designed specifically for women who are rebuilding after pregnancy and delivery, whether you’re newly postpartum, months, or even years out. Reconnect with your body. Improve core and functional strength to lift your baby. Safely (re)learn how to exercise that supports your healing, build lasting strength — physically and emotionally. You'll gain energy, confidence, and strength in a supportive community that gets it.

All postpartum bodies welcome.

Say NO to listless days. Say YES to feeling more energized. You will learn how to safely exercise with weights, so that you can improve your strength, power, and energy. More importantly, you’ll connect with other women who understand what you’re going through, creating a supportive environment that will inspire and motivate you every step of the way. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or have no prior weight training experience, this class is for you. Reclaim your best life!

60+ Edition

Your strength is your independence — and it’s never too late to build it. Designed for women 60+ who want to feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in their everyday lives. Learn how to safely and effectively lift weights, improve your balance, and increase your mobility. Sessions focus on the kind of strength that supports real life — from carrying groceries to reducing your risk of falls. We also emphasize bone health, joint care, and functional movement to support long-term wellness.

You’ll move at a pace that respects your body, with expert guidance and personalized support every step of the way — all in the company of others who share your goals and values.

No prior fitness experience needed. All bodies and ability levels are welcome.
