Fundamentals of Strength and Power - Peri/Menopause

  • Learn how to safely exercise with weights to combat changes due to peri/menopause

  • Six classes over the course of six weeks.

    • The first class is 90 minutes

    • Last five classes are 60 minutes

  • Every week after class you will receive a workout routine to complete twice before the next class, with the option to use the Rexie PT space

  • Leslie will check in with participants throughout the week, providing support every step of the way.
